  • In order to take advantage of the 1-year comprehensive warranty, please register using the form below.

  • At TMG we care about your satisfaction and stand behind our products! We want you to enjoy using them for as long as possible, and once the product is registered, you can be sure we will take care of it in case anything goes wrong.

  • If within one year from the date of purchase this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, TMG will repair or replace the product or the necessary components free of charge.

  • This warranty excludes:

    1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
    2. Results of unauthorized repair
    3. Failure to comply with the user manual
    4. Damage exceeding the cost of the product
    5. Damage resulting from poor storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the customer’s premises
    6. Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase
